Simple Remote Admin
Simple Remote Administration is a managed solution. Your internal and external (Internet)
Linux servers will be managed by Digibel. The managing of your servers is done through a
secure encrypted protocol like SSH with 2048 DSA keys. Tasks included are for example:
- Maintenance of your systemconfigurations. Digibel will be searching for better systemconfigurations
and implement them after discussing them with the customer.
- Maintenance and monitoring of logfiles. Anytime something unusual shows up in the logs,
Digibel will take appropriate measures.
- Day to day administration. Adding and deleting users, changing permissions, adding,
deleting or modifying accounts and maintenance of the filesystem according to the requests
by e-mail or phone of the customer.
- 10 support interventions of 30 minutes each month
- On-site support if needed.
