General Support
General Support is offered in different packages.
- General Support without guarantees means you can call or mail us with your problem
within business hours, but there is no guarantee a Digibel consultant will be available at
that time to help you. This type of support is only benificial for non urgent problems.
- General Support within 4 business hours guarantee. This is the most common type of
support. When you call or mail us you are guaranteed that within 4 business hours a
Digibel consultant will start working on your case.
- General Support within 2 business hours guarantee in. This means that the Digibel consultant
will start working on your case within 2 business hours after your call or mail.
- General Support extended means that you get an extension on your 2 or 4 hour response
support outside of business hours. A Digibel consultant will be available 24/7 to assist
you.
