Email Questions and Answers

You can use your digibel.be mail account in two ways: using a regular e-mail client or using our web interface. You can use these two methods on the same account, for example use your regular e-mail client when you're at home, and use our web interface at work or on vacation.
Caution: when you delete a message using the web interface, you cannot retrieve it anymore using your regular e-mail client.
You are advised not to use the two methods at the same time (for example reading and deleting messages using the web interface while downloading messages with your regular e-mail client)

For e-mail clients

The info should be entered as follows:
pop3 server = mail.digibel.be
login = username@digibel.be

If you currently don't have an e-mail client (program), you can download one at Tucows..

How to use the web interface

To use the web interface, go to http://webmail.digibel.be. You'll have to provide your username and password in order to identify yourself to the system.
When clicking the Login button, you will go to the main screen.
Here you will get a list of available messages and you will be able to send new messages.
To read a message, click on the subject. The message will be displayed in the lower window.
If you want additional help using the web interface, click the help button in the main screen.

What if I want to change my password?

You can change your password online by clicking "change password" in the free users section in the menu above..

Can I have my e-mail sent to another address?

Yes you can. This is called "forwarding" your mail. Just click " forwarding" in the free users section in the menu above..

I still have got questions. Where should I ask them?

You can send us a mail at support@digibel.be or you can click the link in the menu at your left if your e-mail isn't currently working.

Be sure to include all information necessary such as error reports you get and your username so that we can contact you if necessary.
